Terms of use

Effective October 22, 2026. Soumission60 is a service of FGA Innovations Inc. The French version prevails.

Homeowners

• The service is free and without obligation. You remain free to hire a contractor or not.
• Soumission60 connects people. We don't do the work and are not a party to the contract between you and the contractor, who is solely responsible for their quote and work.
• We check contractors' RBQ licence when they sign up, but we recommend you also check it before signing.
• Provide accurate information. Fake requests are removed.

Contractors

• Eligibility: hold a valid RBQ licence covering the work offered. We may suspend an account if the licence is no longer valid or after serious complaints.
• Price: a fixed price per accepted request, by type of project, shown on the Contractors page and in your dashboard before you accept. No commission on jobs. New sign-ups get free requests.
• Credit: prepaid by card through Stripe and deducted for each accepted request. Credit is not refundable in cash, except where required by law. Applicable taxes are added where required.
• Credit back: if within 72 hours of accepting you report that a request is fake, a duplicate, outside your area, or that the customer is unreachable after 3 attempts, we review the report and return the credit if it is founded. A customer choosing another contractor does not qualify.
• Sharing: each request is offered to at most 3 contractors. An offer not accepted within 12 hours goes to another contractor.
• Conduct: contact the customer promptly and politely, only about their request. Reselling or sharing their details is forbidden. Comply with the Consumer Protection Act.
